Response 1: A manager should consider God as his first idol in both professional and personal lives. Do not try to become a God because when this happens, a manager himself calls his downfall upon him. A manager should entrust his employees to God. Instead of being selfish, he should put the interests of his clients first and try to solve their problems. Just like a human’s worship towards God is not slavery. Similarly, the manager’s employees are not his slave instead they work for him as he works for higher authorities. Learn to give respect to them. Secondly, do not make work the idol. When this happens, managers tend to do anything in their power to be the best. They devote all their time to work and sometimes end up becoming greedy.
